JOIN THE BAND

The band is comprised of experienced players who wish to maintain their musical skills but may not have the time or inclination to commit to the practice regimen and commitment level required of a competition band. Our practices are designed to allow members the opportunity to maintain and enhance their piping and drumming skills within a fun and supportive social environment.  Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer lessons to beginners but can assist you in finding appropriate instruction.

The Band practices on Monday evenings from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. at RCMP ‘H’ Division Headquarters, 3139 Oxford Street, Halifax, NS. Once a month, a practice will be held on the weekend to allow members from elsewhere in the province to attend.
